Confirm the details and receive your Work Order number.

After receiving your order, FacePro will contact you to confirm the details, and set up your project. You'll receive a confirmation email shortly thereafter requesting you to login to REV, and upload your character assets / audio files to our secure servers. Once we've carefully reviewed your project, we'll notify you of the production timeline.

NOTE: Due to the variables involved in animation production which are beyond our control, such as potential delays in asset delivery, reviews, revision requests and approvals, our production timeline will be an estimate only.

Payment Options

FacePro offers two convenient methods of payment:

Credit Card - Payment is processed when final animations are downloaded. This is the simplest method of payment and the quickest way to get your project started.
Net Terms - FacePro offers net terms for those clients who prefer it. Obtain a work order number by following through the Place Order link on the left, selecting Net Terms as the payment option, then download and fax or email back to us a credit application [download]. Please allow up to 5 business days for credit approval.
